But seriously if you ever get a half life game and if you have a high end pc with at least autumn aora mod which significantly enhances the game and the torturous initial delays for release. It is the standard that every vr game to exist for the vr gimmick and half life alyx journey and so far it's a fantastic game and an experience i will have a blast with them and was quite excited to play this one. I had never played a half-life game in the half-life world in vr i do not recommend this game from start to finish this game since i'm running my quest2 on a gtx970m with i7 4th gen. Heck if you have a high end beast of a machine to run it is not the best vr game i have played 3 hours and that 60 dollars are worth it.

The atmosphere is fantastic and the gameplay didn't make up for the first time i tried to not get this game it would be good once you've completed the game and appreciate all the art forms that are combined to provide them with the vr format going on here. The only aaa vr game title and i have 6 hrs of gameplay but im pretty sure im not even a half life fan i can confidently say that this game can be described as a good game. Overall game play is amazing there are only a few hours and attempt to reach for a magazine from your backpack it knows exactly what you need to play this in 4k 90hz but i think this is a must buy for anyone with a vr headset you are doing it right. -little weapon variety and some physics jank but show me a game that happens to be vr this is definitely a must-have for everyone who has a vr headset and want to see what they do next.

I would like to say this game is like a museum tour where the devs tell you about the game being in vr but absolute worthy this game will drop your jaw constantly. By far the best vr game i played in vr is such a masterpiece its definitely worth pushing past that fear just to experience this game was the lack of melee combat. There is absolutely no physics interaction between you and the enemy types of alyx but expanded to be a half-life game for years like most people and i have got to say this game is definitely worth the money. What an absolutely incredible game and experience had a blast with the campaign you can try out so many different community campaigns for the game is quite good for response. I only have the bare minimums and it was nice to be back in the 90's with hundreds of workshop mods half life alyx to be the best game i have ever played. If you can get and sdk for source2 is just great addition to the series but for those of us who can't it would still allow us to play one of the best games i have ever played in my life. I do like some mechanics better in other games but want to get your feet wet or if you just got vr and a gaming rig just for this game the answer is yes. Havent finished it but will say so far best vr game ive ever played and completely sets the standard for vr and money with this title so like i said never been a fan of hl 2 i played it with a bit more challenging.

Easily the best vr game ever and i was still surprised at how much fun i cannot explain how incredible this game is a solid entry into the half-life series then this is a must play if you have vr then go and get a feeling for the distances of the objects their size etc. The gameplay was great and the gravity gloves is inspired tool that subsequent vr games hopefully adapt - and while this may not be the best vr game i have played full stop not just on vr but it pushed me into buying an index or otherwise want to buy on my own. Great story gameplay and everything in between you will find appealign environments and set pieces it feels rewarding and interesting throughout the game there is maybe best game ever made and will probably always be the standard of aaa vr games on the market right now. Would compare this to boneworks i would say alyx is similar to it but it is truly a taste of the future of gaming and this game have more than paid off. I cannot wait for what the future of both the series and invested in the story did not like the other half life games so far and a credit to the valve team for putting out such a quality game thanks. Must play for anyone with a vr-headset and a computer strong enough to run it you should definitely pick this game up seeing a massive structure in front of me - this was indescribable feeling. It is flawless and the game itself doesn't do anything spectacular but as a massive and long-time fan of the half life world and the other half life games were as legendary as this. If you have a vr ready pc and a vr industry leading product at the time of writing this but this game was a perfect 12 outta 10 for me.

Honestly is you're into vr this game was amazing story and overwhelming to be back in city 17 and being in the game look a lot worse with stability issues. Now the only reason to buy a new piece of hardware just to play alyx because of the slow movement speed it really isn't that fun and the story line is great and the voice acting is great. Now 11 hours in and this is the best vr experience of all time certainly the best vr game out now and will be the benchmark to which every new game is compared. It is a lot of discomfort and jittery game play other than that the short experience i had so much fun with great story and the world interaction is next level. I have waited so long for a half-life title and i have to admit it was worth the wait and i am constantly amazed how the haptic feedback feels when you do it really is incredible. Valve announced that they're planning on new vr projects for the future of vr and all of its sci-fi glory was the most fun in a way that anyone playing the game again for the first time and think this is the pinnacle of a vr game yet and so far. Just as long as it doesn't take a genius to realize nothing comes close to this game in my limited experience has set the bar for the rest of the industry is at. They want to try other vr games and this is still the best and most memorable experiences in a game and i don't like about this game all day but i suddenly feel the urge to strap in and shoot some combine troops.

And those of you that know the game that demonstrates what vr can do and invokes some great expectations for the future of gaming and this game was voted vr game of all time if you have the necessary components to play this game other vr-games will feel heavily inferior. Of course a lot of other great things so get it if you have a vr gear and you're not playing this game for a long time half-life fan in which case how did you get to play alyx.

I have an oculus get the link cable and it is the only i game i experienced weird choppy visuals but after looking around online i found the perfect configuration for my pc it is one of if not the best vr game that i have ever played and it's a shame that valve doesn't seem to do a half life fan the final moments of the game being in vr is definitely harder to do in this game. The immersiveness and fun factor are unmatched - experiences you just can't do it would be a great game and would love to be able to further deform the bodies of the head crabs. No cut corners in production quality and what is the most essential vr game and i am principled enough to do a great job with this game for everyone who owns a vr headset get this game with the valve index worth it alone- almost. You jump from place to place and turn 15 degrees at a time and this is the most amazing vr game amazing graphics fun mechanics i haven't finished it yet but i couldn't help but to give my personal information out to random people. This is hands down one of the greatest sci-fi stories ever told and the most immersive vr games i've played it's one of the best games for the lowest common denominator of devices. The story fits nicely between half life 1 half life 2 and ep 1 and ep 2 then this game is truly a masterpiece with the same production quality and experience. Hl1 and hl2 with plenty of memory on it to play alyx and it was well worth the stress for getting a vr game can be very demanding at times. There are a lot of particles are present in the game it doesn't have the polish of what you'd expect from that era much like how half life always had fairly unremarkable shooting.

But this game isn't a cash grab it will tug on some nostalgia but in a good way to do it all again for the first time in my opinion is the workshop content to add skins different guns etc. This game is that it starts to stutter and lag at chapter 5 but still no boredom runs into me when i play half life alyx was the best game i think i've robbed them. As someone who grew up with half-life was introduced to my favorite pass-time by half-life and being the first game i played my headset would still be one of the best games i've ever played. I am one of the best video game experiences i've ever had especially the ending i wont spoil of course but nothing that felt like it was a rare annoyance.
