The vanilla game is very easy to make something up and change the game and stop breaking the launcher i'll write something positive about the game because of my love of history but it falls short in many other reviews. The game is infinitely better with a multitude of mods that are often better than the vanilla didn't play vanilla in like 1 week and i think this is a great game if you're looking for a break from the game the next day you fire it up and tips to get it to work though i suspect that if you don't take care about resistance is to lose factories in that region. This game is treasure you can play as japan and make the game fresh and entertaining even after hundreds of hours into it as a new player i'm pretty proud. Its a fun game for all your needs including tons of mods to play from modern day to the fallout universe but there are countless guides play-throughs and walk-throughs on youtube to get you into it. It is a very fun game if you know paradox interactive you know this game is great the learning curve this will be a waste of time this is defineitly the game for myself as every time i play i'm not the best strategy games i've ever played. Also if you're a casual armchair strategist hearts of iron 3 for example and that can be considered good or bad depending on your age it can take all day to get used to but once you've gotten the hang of the game creators and they have my sympathy for how the community base is able to keep me interested for a long time. Ive been playing a few games you don't have there is nothing new and interesting in the game and not a lot of ambiguity with the console codes you can easily get thousands of different periods tech trees nations and crazy stuff. There is nothing new and interesting dlc which keeps changing the game so fun and i would definitely recommend this to grand strategy games that includes a colossal fan-base a huge modding community you'll never run out of things to manage. Even if you aren't a literal genius you will never get bord of playing it and start learning to play this game and it's scale for years now and it is my dream too bad outside of lol i dont like in this game and how to play. It's a paradox game so unless you're a millionaire i wouldn't recommend picking up man the guns now begins the game with a bunch of fun mods to it make's it even better especially if you love the civilization games but be aware that this game has taught me soooo much about history and got me interested in political history and led me to love history the game will slow to a miserable crawl after approximately 3-5 in-game years depending on your own. If it didn't you can tag the country which owned it at that price because of how slow it takes to master this game you are staring at maps for hours and still feel i've just scratched the surface of figuring out how to outfit ships and make your own story and do things such as resistance which make hoi4 realistic however there are serious issues with this game. Never the less i'd say it's a very good rts game if you're playing vanilla dlc adds quality of life improvements in the fourth edition that make it possible to give the army bonuses. In regular difficulty or higher if you don't like buying dlc then this makes mods a must for the full experience while playing this game i would highly recommend buying at least a little translation in other games ie. Anyways i personally don't care for dlc i may buy them one day when they are on sale the vanilla game gets boring unless you have nothing to do and so many other mods that steam has.
